Our LUCULLIANO is obtained by grinding SENATORE CAPELLI durum wheat, grown in the Susa valley and more precisely in Condove .


With stone milling , whole grains are ground and in this way the wheat germ and bran mix with the flour.


Superior flavour , aroma and nutritional properties.


Our flours are unrefined and are rich in fibre, minerals, proteins and vitamins, and the presence of Wheat Germ makes the flour ALIVE .

Shelf life and conservation

Our flour lasts up to 8 months after milling, without preservatives and without chemicals. Keep in a cold and dry place.
