Our Sacripante ANCIENT MIX is obtained by mixing in the field of ancient varieties, such as Mentana, Apulia, San Pastore, Verna, Gentilrosso, Gamba di ferro, Terminillo, which are cultivated in the territory of the Susa Valley from Rivoli to Bardonecchia.

In ancient grains gluten is present but it is of a weaker type and therefore more easily digestible.

Our flours are unrefined and are rich in fibre, minerals, proteins and vitamins.
