The lentil is a seed with a rounded and flattened shape, it is harvested from an annual plant native to Asia and the Mediterranean.

Rich in sugars and proteins, as well as iron, they are among the most digestible legumes.

Particularly diuretic, galactogenic (promote milk production), rich in fiber and contain a high amount of mineral salts such as: calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc; vitamins: B1, B2, B3.

General advice:
