Yellow corn flour, cooked with fumet, stone ground with corn germ.

Cooking time: 40 minutes - Water: 4 liters per 1 kg of flour

Salt the water, add a spoonful of oil and bring to the boil; pour in the flour and cook over a low heat, stirring, for 40 minutes.

Shelf life and conservation

Our flour lasts up to 8 months after milling. Product subject to natural weight loss. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
