They are the classic beans with reddish skin, it is a variety that has always been used in Northern Italy and imported from Central America.
Beans are particularly diuretic, very rich in fiber and contain a high amount of mineral salts such as: calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc; vitamins: B1, B2 and B3.

General advice:

The use of a strainer or colander is very useful in this case.
