This is the story of the ancient water mill that comes back to life, in the municipality of Bruzolo, just over forty kilometers from Turin. The system still visible today, with the ancient part restored (water wheel, millstones, sifter and tools) and functioning, dates back to 1884 but its location is on the ancient "road of the mills" of the town, a street which was three mills active since the Middle Ages.
It is the first mill in the entire Susa Valley to return to full production with the aim of developing a 100% traceable and sustainable local agricultural supply chain, repopulating the lands of the Susa Valley with ancient traditional wheat varieties.
Furthermore, the project has a positive impact on the territory and on tourism, becoming a place for aggregation and tasting.
