Farmers, custodians of a rich heritage of genes
We want to achieve this objective: repopulate the lands of the Susa valley with traditional ancient variety grains and other varieties of cereals such as rye and corn, to build a 100% traceable and sustainable supply chain, with raw materials born, cultivated and transformed in the valley of Susa. Furthermore, we want to enhance local products such as chestnuts through the transformation of the raw material.
To succeed in our aim we ask for compliance with the parameters defined in the production regulations, created specifically by Mulino Valsusa together with local agronomists and farmers, so that uniformity of cultivation can be guaranteed by favoring natural growth systems.
